We're currently looking for someone to move into our house with us. We are two very friendly extra lovely second year students and need someone to live with us :)

The room we have available is the largest one in the house with a large window ranging the width the the room. There is plenty of wardrobe space, and a large shelf area. The furniture included is a double bed and a desk (as the wardrobes are built in)

We also have a large kitchen/dining area with :
Washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 fridge freezers, microwave, oven and a kitchen table with 4 chairs.

We have a good size lounge with a window strectching the whole length of the room: 2 double sofas, an arm chair and tv with virgin digital.

The house is in great condition and is across 3 levels. The first being the kitchen and a single toilet, the second consists of the lounge and one occupied bedroom and finally the third which has two bedrooms, a bathroom and an airing cupboard.
It is a 10/15min walk away from the uni and a 1min walk away from the Hoe front.
