Mannamead is a good (not rowdy, not studenty) residential area. But it’s 5 minutes walk to Mutley Plain, which has a lively nightlife and a wide range of shops, banks, etc. There’s also a bus stop right outside the door, if needed. It’s a very handy location for access to the City Centre, to Derriford Hospital & Business Parks, and close to the main A38 Devon Expressway route.

Parking is on the street, no restrictions, no permits.
