If you like the flat and decide to take it we will ask you to pay £200 holding deposit in cash
• If satisfactory references are not obtained, the holding deposit will be returned and no tenancy will be granted.
• If the person seeking the Tenancy decides not to proceed with the Tenancy, for any reason, the holding deposit will not be returned.
• If the Tenancy is agreed, the holding deposit will cover the vetting and Tenant Performance Bond fees and the balance will become part of the first month rent due under the terms of the Tenancy.
