Front of House Manager required for a luxury holiday park on the North Coast of Cornwall. This is a varied role responsible for managing the site on a day to day basis. Your duties will include recruiting administration and cleaning staff, training and managing staff. You will have good administration skills with basic accounts and ideally payroll processing. You will purchase for the site including the shop and provisions. You will greet guests and deal with any complaints that arise so you must have excellent customer service skills, you will also be responsible for their Health and Safety on site. The role involves assisting in marketing the sites, through mail shots and press releases as well as on line marketing. An interest in sustainable tourism and a knowledge of the local area would be an advantage. Salary circa £ 24,500 with the option of live in accommodation.
