I have a room available sharing large victorian house

Room is large size and has new double glazing, laminate floor, nice big bed (king size), desk & chair (lazyboy), two big built in wardrobes.

Currently A Colour Tv and DVD player in room but I can remove if you don't need.

Sharing with me and my girlfriend and one other couple. Room is £325 pcm (£75pw) or £360 pcm (£82 pw) for a couple. All bills included. House is friendly and social. We watch films and play Wii together plus cook for each other offer of meal etc..

We have 3 very friendly pets (2 cats and a dog)

You may even get a free haircut from resident qualified hair stylist

Super fast broadband on a wireless network, XL Virgin TV package.

Pool table soon to be bought and placed in downstairs dining room along with darts board.

Outside of house has recently been decorated and new double glazing installed throughout last year. New kitchen to be installed soon but already comes with newish 5 hob Gas Range/Electric oven. Microwave. Own fridge and freezer space. Plus all usual pots pans, plates, mugs, glasses etc. Washing machine, Iron, Ironing board.

Downstairs shower room upstairs bathroom.
