There is one large double room in a newly refurbished house for rent. The room is fully funrished with T.V and internet conections. The house has three shower rooms and a fully kitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven large fridge and large freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer present.
The other rooms are currently occupied by young easy going very tidy professionals. We are looking for a similar housemate.
The rent is £85pw which includes all bills (gas, water, internet, tv licence and council tax)
