Front of House Manager required for luxury hotel near Fowey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills. This is a flexible role assisting the hotel owner with the smooth running of the hotel. You will be overseeing the Reception area, Restaurant and Bar and have an interest and knowledge of cuisine. Ideally you will have worked in a similar position before in a 3 star establishment or above. The hotel is a small select hotel where the guests expect excellent but friendly service at all times. Excellent prospects for the right candidate. Salary circa £ 18,000.
