£340pcm bills included including WIFI, shower, bath, fully furnished kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots pans etc, Double Glazing, central heating and quite a cool fish tank. Nice living quarters, more homely than studenty as I own the place and live ther during the week. Living with two mature students one occupational therapy student and one paramedicen student (me). 20 min walk / 2 min bus (70p) from main campus in quiet area to the east of the city centre.
