On behalf of my client, a world class medical and electronics manufacturing company I am recruiting for a Service Technician. The incoming candidate will give customers a single point of contact to resolve all issues in a timely and efficient manner.

The position is to be split, predominantly working out of the factory in Falmouth area, and on the road visiting and supporting clients. The role will require excellent organisational and admin skills, to keep accurate records of incoming enquiries via phone and email, and to keep updated the service database, informing all stakeholders of progress on queries. Also involved will be appointment booking with both customers and laboratories, alongside the setting up, repair, maintenance and installation of the company's products.


The ideal candidate will hold a full driving licence as well as a passport as national and international travel may be necessary for the role. Proven support and administration skills are essential, as well as a technical and inquisitive mind to want to learn the full services and products offered by the company.
