Engineer
2-4 years working experince on commissioning, integration, troubleshooting of Nokia RNC and Siemens Node B
Following are job responsibilities:
Customer Support Engineer WCDMA/RAN - RNC
* Integration support of Nokia RNC and Siemens Node B
* Analyse Nokia RNC 2600 and Siemens NodeB/Flexi II system fault situations, occasionally via NetAct
* Analysis of failure protocols
* Discuss serious failures with product line and drive delivery of suitable solutions
* Develop workarounds in serious outage situations
* Manage Nokia RNC 2600 and Siemens NodeB/Flexi II system configuration
* Be the primary technical interface to Customer Fault Mangament Team
* Act as the prime technical interface to NSN care Team and to project implementation and On Site Support Teams
