I have a good sized double room available in a really nice spacious house in Millbridge (near a good pub, shops, and walking distance to city centre and railway station).

I'm only moving into the house myself mid-October. It's neutrally decorated, with new carpets, and the house is unfurnished so though I will be supplying furniture for shared areas and kitchen equipment etc there is lots of room to make yourself at home. There is a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, additional loo on the stairs and large yard out the back with pretty seating area and washing lines. There is plenty of storage space including a boarded loft area with a window.

The room available is the back bedroom, it's 11'1" by 9'5", plus recessed shelves either side of the chimney breast and there is room for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. If you'll need furniture let me know as I might be able to help.

I'd ideally like to share with someone who is working or postgrad, female, and not too dissimilar in age to me (I'm 30 and I work in arts education). I work irregular hours often, and I'm studying for an MA one day a week from October, so the house will be fairly calm and peaceful though I am usually up for a glass of wine and a gossip every so often.

I think I'm a good housemate, easy going, reasonably tidy and clean, reliable with bill payments etc. If you are too, get in touch!
