My client based in the heart of Falmouth, Cornwall is seeking a true professional to fill this integral position within the hotel, as an Assistant Restaurant Manager - also require a Restaurant Supervisor also. Your main duties will be to assist as 2nd in command and motivate employees under your control to consistently achieve product and service delivery standards. This restaurant operates at a fine dining standard, so knowledge working with rosette/Michelin food will work for you as a strong advantage.

At all times in your role , you will ensure a high degree of customer care in line with meeting Hotel and Business objectives, so possessing a great business acumen with passion is key element to being successful in this role. You must also have a high presentation of your attire and image to reflect your professionalism whilst at work at all times.

The right candidate will be expected to anticipate customer needs; to lead by example and communicate effectively with your team at all levels. You will also be responsible for the training and coaching of new and existing staff. Ideally you would have worked within a managerial role in a restaurant or hotel but this isn't always essential.
