HVAC Engineer / Retail / Planned & Reactive Maintenance job in Cornwall.

A large maintenance contractor require Air Conditioning Engineers with a good knowledge of HVAC M&E maintenance for a highly prestigious contract with a National retail Chain. With a need for a strong mechanical background for planned and reactive maintenance covering HVAC maintenance, Air Conditioning and Chillers and VRF systems you will be able to safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair plant and equipment within the portfolio. You will also be required to  carry out diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment on the contract as well as routine servicing and commissioning. Proficient in the maintenance of  plant and PPM, you will have a good career track record and come highly recommended by previous employers.









If you are experience in the Building Services or Maintenance industry as a recognised

Trade Technician preferably within a retail environment, you can command a highly competitive salary.

NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air conditioning, and or City & Guilds certificates or ONC/HNC (possibly in Building services)

Air Conditioning Engineers will be required to hold a valid certificate in either City & Guilds 2078 safe handling certificate or CITB equivalent.

This will be superseded soon with 2078/9City & Guilds certificate in Gas & ODS (including Brazing qualifications) CITB J11

NVQ in Refrigeration and Air conditioning, and or City & Guilds certificates or ONC/HNC (possibly in Building services)
