My client is a well established hotel in the West Cornwall area looking for passionate chefs at Chef de Partie level to join their pretty awesome brigade.



This will be an absolutely amazing opportunity to take the next big step in your career and get to work with one of the strongest brigades in the South West.



Experience working at a rosette/michelin standard would be an advantage but candidates from a good standard and background will be considered.



You will be running the mid section in the kitchen managing up to 4 Commis Chefs and 2/3 Kitchen Porters and running your section with pride and professionalism. Being fully up to speed with all Health and Safety procedures will be of second nature to you and implenting these standards in your section.



If your a chef at Demi level or you are already at Chef de Partie level, my client is willing to pay up to £16,000 per annum for the right person. Accomodation may be available if needed.
