Head Chef

An excellent and exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef to join the team at this busy, well known restaurant based in the heart of Cornwall.

The food here is of excellent quality and of a wide variety. The perfect candidate will have a solid work history and be fully confident at dealing with all kitchen management issues. You will have full control of the daily running of the kitchen from menus, stock control and GP's but most importantly you will be able to lead the kitchen team and run the kitchen smoothly and efficiently at all times.

It is essential that you are motivated, passionate and most importantly enthusiastic and excited for your career and this position.
