We have a spare room available currently in our house, it is one road down from the Hoe seafront so awsome location and easy access to town.

We have all finished degrees and doing Masters or working so preferable someone in final year of Uni or the work situation, somebody easy going would fit right in.

The room is a descent size and the house feels like a real home instead of build for the student. All inclusive aprart from TV License and Internet, which split between six is cheap.
