I am trying to rent 2 furnished rooms in a shared house for July & August. The house is in a great location and I have loved living here for 2 years but have to relocate because of work. The move in date is flexible and can be as soon as June if needed.

There is one large double room (320/month including bills) and one small room that could fit a double bed if desired (290/month including bills).

Students or professionals are welcome. Please contact me if you are intereseted in either room.

(My partner and I have shared the large room as a bedroom and the smaller one as an office space, so this is an option if you are a couple looking for a similar setup.)
