Flatshare in Mutley, no bills £215 per month (£215)
Hello. My name is Charlotte and I have withdrawn from the University of Plymouth for this year. I therefore need to find someone to take my place in the flat.
The flat is in Mutley and is shared with three other people. It is a 10 minute walk to the city centre and university. It is situated in a great location, nearby shops, bus stop at the end of the road, nearby pubs, quiet street.
The room has a double bed, a study desk and chest of drawers (the desk can be replaced with another item of furniture such as drawers if required). There is a large wardrobe in the hall that everyone shares, each have own section the size of an average wardrobe.
In the kitchen there is a tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. All appliances such as microwave, toaster are included and saucepans, plates, cutlery ect are all provided. There is a communal area with a large flat screen tv including sky.
Tv lisence, sky tv and broadband are all included. The rent includes all the bills (gas, electric, water).
The rent per month is £215 per month. If you pay council tax this will be an extra £40 per month.
