RESTAURANT MANAGER (2AA ROSETTE)



An experienced restaurant manager is required for his prestigious 2 rosette restaurant in mid devon, the position is responsible for both the restaurant and bar, overseeing 4 to 5 members of staff, taking orders, seating guests and assisting the hotel manager in the smooth running of all weddings and conferences.



The ideal candidate will have at least 1 rosette restaurant experience previously with excellent people and staff management skills. Good Wine knowleadge and organisation skills would be a plus.
