I'm wanting to find someone to share a flat with or house with in the Tavistock/Launceston area (to be closer to my boyfriend and meet new friends).

I'm 23, and have just finished university (Psychology degree). I'm starting a job in the Bideford area 2 days a week, and hope to find a job for the remaining 3 days a week in Launceston (interviews coming up).

I would like to live with another professional female who is considerate and tidy, but also likes to have a laugh or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. I'm much more of a pub than club girl nowadays. I enjoy going to the gym and meeting up with friends.

I have found it very difficult to find houseshares in the area, and therefore wonder whether anyone would be interested in flatsharing, as there are a lot of 2 bedroom flats/houses that would be ideal to share but too expensive for me on my own. I have a budget of about £450 (to include bills).
