One furnished double at £300 exclusive of bills, and one small furnished single room £186 including council tax (other bills on top) to rent in lovely shared house. Currently there are 2 girls and a guy but he is moving out with his partner. We are looking for 21 and over professionals who will enjoy this lovely house and brilliant location as much as we do.

The house is tastefully decorated and has a living room with a small dining table and a large, nicely fitted out kitchen. There is one very large bathroom (seperate bath and shower) and 3 double and one single room. There is also a small courtyard to the rear of the house.

The house is situated just off of Mutley Plain and is in an ideal location for getting into town also. There are plenty of buses along Mutley Plain if needs be.

My housemate and I are easy going and tidy and tend to work hard during the week and socialise at the weekend. We are looking for someone simliar who would like to join us in this lovely house.
