Plymouth Ski and Snowboard Centre & John Nike Leisuresport are part of the Nike Group of Companies - a privately owned diverse and dynamic organisation. Our complex in Plymouth incorporates a dry ski slope with Toboggan run, catering and conference and banqueting facilities.

We are looking for a line chef to work in the kitchen of our Alpine Lodge Restaurant.

The role will include preparation, and service of buffet and 3 course meals for up to 180 covers. Other duties will include front of house and bar work.

This role will be offered on a 6 month contract initially until April 2010, and will then be reviewed.

You will work a minimum of 30 hours per week, but possibly more. Previous experience in a similar environment or a pub kitchen would be preferred.
