Our client is offering live in with a deduction for rent of £125 per month.

Chef de Partie, salary around £15,000

Junior Sous or Sous Chef, salary around £17K-18K, depending on experience.

Hours of work are 50 per week with 3 splits and 2 straight shifts.

The owner is the Design Director at The Collection and the owner's sister. Once chefs have been with our client for a satisfactory period of time (at least 1 year) and have done well, they are usually are able to help them find a position within a five star hotel of the group.
