The flat is occupied by happy couple till the end of this month. The reason of their move is that they have bought their own flat.
The Flat is in central location - Sutherland Road,
with the parking and nice views over the small park on one side and Plymouth city on the other.

It's not for people with children, animals and on benefits. It's for professional couple only for long term only! (At least 6months)

PS: The Flat is currently let for £500 which includes water and electricity. We have meters, so if you wish to take care of your bills the monthly rent would be £470 + bills.
