Customer Service Representatives- Telecoms

Location: Plymouth

We are looking for Customer Service Representative’s to work within the Telecommunications Industry. Initially on a temporary contract with a view to be taken on permanent when business levels dictate.

Various shifts between the hours of 8am and 10pm, possibly including evenings and weekends, part-time and full-time hours.

The successful candidates will be dealing with incoming calls from ‘high valued’ existing customers helping them with any queries involving either Billing or Faults, informing customers of new promotions and updating customer records.
It would be a strong advantage to have experience of working in a call centre environment, taking a high volume of calls.

Main Duties will include:
* Answering customer calls and dealing with their queries effectively.
* Updating customer accounts.
* Promoting company products and new schemes.
* Liaising with other departments.
* Meeting daily/weekly targets.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience required:
* Previous call centre experience
* Experience working in a Targeted environment
* Good Customer Service experience
* PC literate
* Good accuracy and attention to detail.
* Working in an office environment
* Good Communication skills both verbally and written
* Must be reliable and have good organisational skills.
