Chef de Partie - Live in - Jersey - 18,000 to 20,000

My client is currently looking for a strong Chef de Partie to assist with the smooth running and maintaining of a busy section in this newly referbed Hotel in the heart of the Jersey. The Hotel has multi outlets including an award winning Fine Dine restaurant and busy brasserie of which both are highly rated across Jersey.

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to have the following:
* Knowledge of running your own section and the ability to maintain a very high standard
* Strong understanding of fresh ingredients
* Rosette background ideal but not essential
* Qualification's would be and advantage but knowledge and experience are more essential

Salary and Benefits -
* As Chef de Partie you will be offered 18,000 to 20,000 per annum (dep on exp)
* Tips of 250 (ave) every 6 weeks
* Live in from 55 - 85 per week
