3 bed student house. currently occupied by 2 females from Plymouth uni, studying Primary teaching and sociology.
The property is placed across three-levels: there is a large kitchen and dining room taking up the majority of the ground floor. The kitchen has all the essentials include washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, two fridge-freezers, microwave etc. There is also a small cloakroom on the ground floor. The next level is made up with one bedroom which is already occupied, and a spacious lounge which is surprising due to the space already offered on the ground floor. The third floor has the bathroom which is a reasonable size, with a toilet, sink and large bath with a shower over it. There is also a second bedroom, again occupied. The third, available bedroom, is the largest in the house. The window stretches the whole length of the room, letting a lot of light in making it a bright space. There is plenty of wardrobe space, and a large shelf area. The furniture included is a double bed and a desk, as the wardrobes are built in to the walls. There is also a small back garden, which has a few plants, but is mainly concrete.
The house is in an ideal location for students, with all the perks of Plymouth easily accessible! Plymouth Hoe is literally on the doorstep, just 2minute walk away. The city centre shops are just as close, taking about 3-5mins. The university is a 15min walk, heading through the centre of town.
