Quiet,friendly professional household. This is not student accommodation. I am looking for someone who will be compatible with my present two tenants. Hence i am looking for female ages 30 +. and works in a ~"professional 9am to 5pm job". Who is looking for a peaceful space to feel at home in and likes to keep communal areas clean, tidy and organised.
As my other two tenants work a ~9 am - 5pm Job - I am looking for someone with a similar work pattern - otherwise I may be heating a large house for one person during the week day.
St.Judes. This well maintained and attractive looking house is set in a Tree lined Avenue close to city and Beaumont park.
Large/quiet, airy/bright, tidy/clean, friendly house.
well decorated with exposed floor boards in large airy hallway. There is plenty of larder/fridge/freezer space and dishwasher etc and broadband. There is a communal dining area in kitchen and a pretty and quiet court yard. (where a second toilet is located). . I can offer further storage space in a large heated,dry clean cellar.
