Deputy Home Manager required for 30 bed care home near Barnstaple, North Devon.
Service users are elderly nursing, mental health.
Deputy Home Manager will support the home manager on all day-to-day management aspects of the care home, ensuring that care is always focused on residents' individual needs and meets the highest standards.
Deputy home manager develops team objectives and helps the team to achieve them, and promotes effective relationship building between all staff, residents and their families.
Candidates must be qualified as RMN. Preference will be given to those with NVQ 4.
Candidates must have UK supervisory experience in a mental health environment and proven risk assessment, management and care planning skills.
Annual salary is between £19,000 and £24,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
