Room comprises of double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk.
communal area is a large fully equiped kitchen with a sofa and flat screen tv. There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom.

Rent includes all bills and wi-fi access. House is double glazed and centrally heated.

Currently in house is 1 girl (me!) and 3 guys. We're aged between 26 and 34. We all work so are fairly quite during the week.
