This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join the top hotel in Cornwall. The property currently has 1 Rosette and is heading for it's second. The Hotel is stunning and over looks the bay in Southern Cornwall. Due to the increase in business they are looking to increase the size of the kitchen team.

Due to the location of this site you will need your own transport
There may be live-in accommodation available

Chef De Partie Requirements:
*Experience at CDP level at a fresh food establishment
*Willingness to learn
*NVQ levels 1 and 2
*High hygiene standards
*Flexibility with hours
*Passion and enthusiasm for top quality food
*A real team player

The salary for this position is dependent on background and experience
Ranging from £14,000 to £17,000
