An exciting opportunity has arisn for an RMN with leadership skills, or someone looking to develop those skills!

Our client is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work alongside the General Manager to develop their unit.

The brief includes raising awareness amongst staff of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, challenging behaviours, care of people with dementia and attention seeking behaviour, as well as the introduction of person centered care, life story books etc.

Pay £25-27K (depending on experience), normal working week 36-40 hours. At least 12 months post grad experience is preferred, although this does not have to be within a Nursing Home setting, it should have been in a mental health environment.

Attitude and a willingness to develop skills are essential, leadership and management skills can be taught.
