Jnr Sous Chef - 20,000 - Cornwall - Live in

This beautiful rosette Hotel situated on the Cornish coast is currently looking for a strong Chef de Partie or Jr Sous Chef to help assist the Head Chef of this busy kitchen and help with development of staff and help maintain high standards.

Job Role:
* Help the Head Chef and Sous Chef with smooth running of this busy kitchen
* Maintain High standards throughout service
* Help train staff junior members of staff

Requirements:
* At least 3 years experience at Chef de Partie level or 2 years at Jr Sous
* Understanding of running kitchen and G.P
* Rosette experience
* COSH and H+S understanding
* Knowledge of fresh ingredients

Salary and Benefits:
* 17,000 to 20,000 (Dep. on experience) + Tip's
* Live In at 125 per month with all bills inc. plus food
