House share with 2 female mature students (aged 22!) who are new to Plymouth from Hampshire, looking for a fun, sociable girl to enjoy the student life of Plymouth. The house is finished to a really high spec, and it is therefore necessary to have someone who is clean/tidy and who would like a homely living environment, milk in the fridge, clean plates etc! The house has washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and big fridge/freezer. Bedroom is unfurnished, and the communal areas are furnished.

Nikki is attending PCAD to study a 2 year photography foundation course, and Hanna is studying a year course at the City College. We are close friends from school, we enjoy fashion, arts, culture and especially parties – we are very sociable and looking forward to sharing this fantastic house with a like minded person.

The bedroom available is a generous size in the loft conversion, with additional use of the 3rd floor landing.
