Careful of people who ask for money to visit the flats. they all have the same stories, wife died or living in another country.
Anyway, first, a luxury flat with 2 bedrooms would not be only 70£ per week. and you will see they advertise for the same ones in exeter with the same pictures saying its in exeter.
