Sunnydene, St budeaux nice 2 bedroom house in st budeaux, reasonably sized, grassed enclosed rear garden, driveway for own use at the front of the property with easy access(no steps), large kitchen/diner area which is easily big enough for a large table, the toilet is seperate from the bathroom, there is a childrens park directly in front of the house with recently installed cctv overlooking the area and the street, which means its now nice and quiet and you know your kids and car is relatively safe 2 mins walk from 2 supermarkets and also 2mins walk from a main bus route to town, derriford, and cornwall. Looking for a large 2 or preferbly 3 bed house or bungalow must be allowed pets as i have a dog and 2 budgies and must have a decent sized garden for my son and the dog, driveway would be nice but not essential.
