Ill service your boiler if you can tempt me with a worthwhile swap.



Some conditions may apply, such as.... does not include repairs or replacement parts, or non-servicable gas boilers.
Other appliances within the property will be subject to a safety inspection only.
Should any appliance be deemed to be "At Risk", it will be turned off and a warning notice applied.
Should any appliance be deemed to be "Immediately Dangerous", with your permission it will be disconnected from the gas supply.
Without your permission, the gas emergency service shall be advised.
