Thank you for having a look.

We're a small family, 2 adults, 1 child, 1 dog and 2 rabbits, who are in need of a new home.

Our daughter is nearly 7, and is attending Drake Primary School in the Keyham area, and since we're living in the Stonehouse area, its a small trek daily, however its a needless trek which would be made easier if we lived closer to the school.

Our dog is housetrained, and non destructive, along with our rabbits.

All we're asking for, is a 2/3 bedroom house in Keyham, Ford, Stoke (St Levan Road Area), or St. Budeaux areas, with possibly 2 reception rooms (Living and Dining rooms), a nice sized master bedroom and a nice sized double bedroom for our daughter.
A major must is for storage areas, as the house we're currently in has none. Access to the loft isn't needed, as none of us are keen climbers, somewhere to store things like christmas trees, pushbikes etc (so a shed or garage) would be nice, but not neccessary.

We're looking for a longterm let, so years preferably, and things such as deposits, references and a guarantor can be arranged easily and happily.
The only thing now, is that I will be honest, I recently lost my job, so currently we are on JobSeekers Allowance and Housing Benefit (with Council Tax), so we would hope the landlord would accept this, but I am trying to get back into work, as being unemployed kills me.

We are a low complaints family, since most things we can do ourselves, and if there are any problems etc, we are more than honest and inform you of any changes / problems immediately.

As the tenancy agreement is now up on our property, we are pretty much ready to roll, but I would at least like to be able to give our current landlords the months notice, so if your current tenants are due to leave, this would be good, which stops any loss of income for you.
