My client is a truly stunning, modern 4 AA Starred hotel based in the South of Cornwall seeking a dynamic and passionate Health & Fitness Manager, to successfully run one of Cornwall's most luxurious health club suites.

The main aspect of this rare opportunity is to possess strong business acumen abilities relating to Health and Fitness, understanding of fitness/spa product development, new procedure implementation in all area's of the gym and equipment, wet/dry area's, pool facilities and management of staff.

Your daily tasks will involve smooth running of the establishment, being first point of call with any staff/spa members regarding any query/compliant, consistent focus of membership sales revenue and retaining existing members, focusing on Maintenance of all facilities and ensure all necessary checks are completed, recruitment and staff rota's and most importantly building solid working relationships with all your staff members in your team.

The ideal candidate my client is seeking, is a confident and customer focused individual, with previous H+F Management experience so if you have worked within a hotel spa or fitness establishment this would work as a strong advantage to you against other candidates.
