I have a reasonably sized double room available in a really nice spacious house in Millbridge (near a good pub, shops, and walking distance to city centre and railway station).

I'm only moving in myself next month so if you're like me and want to make a place a bit your own, this is for you! It's neutrally decorated and unfurnished, I was planning on finding furniture for the shared rooms and white goods - and possibly a piano! - but there is plenty of room. There is a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, additional loo, and paved yard out the back with seating area and washing lines. There is storage space and a boarded loft area with a window.

The room available is the back bedroom, it's quite a decent size and there is room for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc (the rent is less as it's a bit smaller than the other bedroom).

I'd ideally like to share with someone who is working, female, and not too dissimilar in age to me (I'm 30 and I work in arts education). I work irregular hours sometimes, and I'll be studying one day a week from October, so I'd like to live somewhere fairly calm and peaceful but am usually up for a glass of wine and a gossip every so often.

I think I'm a good housemate, easy going, reasonably tidy and clean, reliable with bill payments etc. If you are too, get in touch!
