I am looking for someone to take over my contract..
Large double room, with desk wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. Plenty of storage space!
House is really close to uni, supermarket, town and the train station. The house has 2 kitchens, a large living room, 2 bathrooms. You would be sharing with 6 guys and 1 girl, all friendly and lovely to live with. There is also a large garden at the back of the house, although it is gravel it is still nice for a bbq in the nicer weather!
Rent is £348 a month including bills
Perfect for college or uni students.
