Hello. My name is Charlotte and I am leaving the University of Plymouth for this year. I therefore need to find someone to take my place in the flat.

The flat is in Mutley and is shared with three other people (one couple). Its is situated in a great location, nice and quiet and near many facilities. Its a minute walk to the shops and high street, 15 mins from the university and drake circus and city centre. There is plenty of public transport near by, bus stop at the end of the street and 15 mins from the train station.

The room is for one person. It has a double bed, a desk and chest of drawers and is a good sized room. There is a tumble dryer and washing machine, broadband and sky tv are included and there are free evening and weekend telephone calls. It is a nice sized flat with kitchen, bathroom and communal area. Everything you need is provided, such as firdge, freezer ect.

All the bills are included in the price as is internet and the tv. The rent is £315pcm. This is the price for students. The price for non students will be £355 per calander month.
