Position : Pastry Chef – Beautiful location on the Cornish coast overlooking the sea with live in available at £130 per month

Salary / Benefits : 20/22k Dependant On Experience

Stunning 30 Bedroom, 4* Hotel overlooking the sea in a beautiful location close to St Austell, Cornwall

This busy group owned property (particularly in Summer) seek and experienced, Rosette trained Pastry Chef to join their award winning brigade

There are 2 Restaurants – One to cater for fine dining (40 covers) and another “Bistro” style (30 covers) for more relaxed dining.

This is a hotel that caters for many styles of guest including families and the menues vary from fine dining to children’s early evening buffets

Very small Conference & Banqueting

Living In Available : YES ~ £130.00 per month

Role Description :
To manage all areas of the Pastry section within this busy property

Supporting the Head Chef and team to deliver exceptional standards to the guests

You will need to have the flair for 2 rosette cookery alongside the ability to produce consistent quality food for the other areas.

Experience Required :

You will need to presently be a Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef that can demonstrate a stable career path to date with Rosette experience
