1 Double bedroom flat/house/bungalow/apartment for a couple, no house share.
We are a clean and tidy couple.
Needs to have a private allocated parking space outside or a garage.
Needs to have a back garden with greenery.
Doesn't have to be fully furnished, but does need to have a cooker.
Spacious with some storage space would be nice.
Would be nice if it was modern/neutral colours.
Nice area close to city centre. If bills not included, £350pm max. If bills included £450pm max. PL4 as only one of us has a car.
