Looking for a female housemate to share a lovely furnished, spacious 4 bedroom house in plymstock, plymouth. Myself and a friend (both professionals) are currently renting the property.
We have a large garden, large kitchen and bathroom, and nice size lounge/diner. Bedrooms are a good size. Plenty of parking. The house is in a nice quiet area but has regular bus routes into town and over plymouth. Local shops are a 5 minute walk away.
The rent is £232 per month plus £40 council tax. We split bills which comes to around £30 every 3 months.
