Mobile M& E Engineer
Our Client is looking to recruit a proven M&E Engineer to cover the Devon & Cornwall Regions. The right candidate will have an excellent understanding & hands on experience of the Building Services Arena, with knowledge of Mechanical Plant, Air Conditioning, Electrical maintenance, various water chillers, DX units, VAV, VRV & fan coil units. Looking after all close control systems in the switch, transmission rooms & comfort cooling. They will oversee and deal with PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding duties. You would ideally be qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical Or Air Conditioning disciplines.
Benefits; Salary £27k - £29k, Van, Fuel Card, 21 Days Holiday, Mobile, Uniform, Pension & Share allocation after a qualifying period.
